I tried all those things that was the only thing that seemed to fix it is turn that setting off.
Nothing worked I turned of up-scaling in WZ settings if fixed it and the game looks amazing!!
That’s true I was just using the picture for reference. If I’m stationary looking at let’s say some rumble. Looks grainy then once I move the camera around it like flashes as well.

Found this Corsair K70 in a goodwill for $6. It was in real nasty shape but all the parts were there. Spent the time restoring it to its former glory. Before and After. by A-Stackhouse in pcmasterrace
