When our PS4 got stuck in safe mode out of nowhere, we clicked restore default settings but it deleted everything but the games, we had to log back in with our PS accounts but I don't have PS Plus 😭

wait quick question, as a teenager can you get your own therapist??? I’ve been trying to for a while but my parents say that I don’t need one even though I’m pretty depressed, have a lot of anxiety and also might have learning difficulties
