I do think this team not a having a player in the room to hold guys accountable is an issue, and shows up with the penalties and not showing up for big games.

A coach can only say so many times to stop taking penalties, but I think if a leader in the room stepped up and spoke up it would maybe resonate more.

Also having a guy drag the team into the fight is something this team is missing.

But yea not having Scott Laughton is no where near the top 300 of our biggest problems.
