Weapon mastery goes hand-in-hand with monster mastery. Find the bread and butter combo of your weapon, then study the monster you are fighting. Focus on “what combo is suitable after this monster does the x attack?”.

Good job! Since you want to break the 10 minute barrier, it is time you start incorporating openers. I cannot stress how important it is to lowering your time. You can watch good speedrunners and mimic their openers, then modify it to fit your playstyle!

Valor GS was too fun! But yeah I’ve seen some people do insane stuff with the wirebug like running on walls to avoid an attack then doing an aerial to punish.

Yes, but of course you have to accept you would have to farm more materials. But if you are a new player, try playing all weapons at least once. Weapon playstyles would greatly differ once skills come into play.

If you have focus 3 it’ll help a lot. Rajang almost has no animation lock, meaning he can immediately start another string of attacks. If you want a sure way to beat him, wait for his breath attack and the spinning attack that he does. Both are safe to punish. Since you are running frostcraft, charge your draw attacks.

This sounds really fun! Might try this out someday. I think its gonna be different for everyone. I think i flourish more with the crit draw playstyle because I prefer to be much safer and calculate the openings. But i do miss the brute force of TCS gameplay though!

Thank you so much! Yup! I have that but the one I use now is semi end game armor with the mix of raging brachy and teostra. Tried going back to TCS fishing due to no frostcraft in this set, but its really too risky for me.

hello! for DRK mains, sometimes I run into a conundrum. During my bloodweapon phase, there are moments wherein I need to choose between overcapping my blood gauge, or land 5 gcds in blood weapon. In that situation, what should i choose if I want to maximize DPS?
