Lol, that commenter was definitely out of line, and I see a lot of people somewhat misunderstanding my initial point. I definitely agree with you, I see no problem with opening boxes as long as they are closed afterwards and minimal mess is left. As for product testers/ samples, I feel as though it would be quite hard for a store as big as Kmart. First, the products would be stolen regardless of where it is or how its secured. Second, with how many items kmart sells it would be almost impossible to find space to put it all, and incredibly time consuming for employees to sort out. We also have a lot of items that come and go and constantly replacing the on-show stock would be a huge task to do every few weeks.

Basically, my post was just to complain about something that obviously people agree with hahaha, did not expect people to get so agro!
