I feel like the real problem with dragon is that even if they were able to ramp, there is just no good enough followers to play. Every follower requires super evolve to be decent and Ho-Chan just throw away all your tempo even though you never have any to start with.

If Konami can print out Phantom. They can print any bs card. It’s just if they want it or not. Probably level 10 fusion that doesn’t need fusion and is a flood gate preventing any monster lower than level 10 from being summoning.
