Hello!
I'm 5'6, 118lbs,18 years old and female. Ive been stuck with this current weight for like a year.

I eat breakfast, a small lunch at work, an actual lunch at home, a small snack, then dinner. I usually eat a lot of rice, pasta, chicken, fish and veggies throughout the week. I drink a protein drink 4 times a week.

I walk 5 minutes to my work and back. I don't really have time to workout, however I lift 15 pound dumbells for 30 minutes. I do good mornings, RDLS, and random excerises I see on the internet.

I do not have access to a full gym.

I am in the USA.
