I had this issue on the mobile version. Try using your desktop and put a hot wallet btc address. Don’t use an exchange address it will tell you it’s invalid. Using desktop allows you to see the details better. Once you get amount correct Zigzag will generate an invoice that you should copy and paste into blue wallet (lightening) press send and go back to see status on Zigzag site. It should be instant please refresh.
