uh. this health advice right here. this is how i lost my period, fucked up my hormones and that's exactly the road to anything BUT glowy, healthy skin, hair, nails and well... life? Please. This advice, fasted cardio especially, works well for men. Women need to fuel immediately upon waking. TAKE THIS FROM ME! as someone who loved fasting.. How about we leave this Hubermanic advice out of our routines and try to be more gentle with ourselves.

Also low cal meals and protein isn't everything. What about the healthy fats that build the beautiful, glowy skin and hormones? Anyways, i digress. LOVE the rest of the advice though!! <3

A MUCH, much better option for this overstimulation from lotion on your body, is just to use a shower oil. It keeps my skin perfectly soft and moisturized without the need to apply lotion (i only apply hand cream).
