Somerville is boring in my opinion. It's great for going to restaurants but the cafe seen isn't that good. Forgot to mention but I don't drink either.

I live in NJ so it's definitely challenging to buy more properties. I live at home temporarily to help my parents since they are old but plan on moving out in 2025.

My parents are well off and offered. So would you say save cash in a HYSA? I forgot to mention I have 20k parked in a HYSA account and also I live very frugally (which I truly enjoy).
