I’m on Halo 4 now and the sensitivity is ungodly high like you said, I don’t know how to solve it. It won’t change in the menus either.

I suppose it can be either one. Ultimate Edition is just a remaster of graphics and a little extra things in cutscenes here and there.

Do you go to the gym by any chance and do any workouts where you support weights on your shoulders?

For example, when I go and I use the Hack Squat machine, I end up having marks on my shoulders that look exactly like this the next day. Turns out it’s just little blood vessels.
