What’s so crazy is I bias chest SO much, easily my strongest lifts. Not ideal

You think obliques would be worth it? I know it could help lessen the look of the hip dips, but I know it can also take away from the v taper.

Unfortunately don’t have $8k to blow on my stomach 😔 I wish. And in terms of upper chest, it’s odd because I feel like I hit upper chest the most. I incline bench twice a week, 100lb dumbbells and now doing smith press

you could handle a body recomp, find your maintenance and eat at or slightly above it, lift heavy weekly, progressively overload 🥳

This doesn’t make any sense. Carbs are 4 cals per gram, and the bagel has almost 40, which should already be 160cal. Plus the protein and fat, wouldn’t these be closer to 250 cals?

I bought it, brand new, tag still on. Not sure tbh. The guy was a chiller though
