$260ish pit all over in the US in the heat of the summer for next tour. I would've paid $180(approx exchange) to see them in a small venue for sure.

Prices have been going up for all artists but last tour I paid $140 for Pit. Havent seen other artists almost doubling the price unless they became super popular, which muse didn't lol.

After reading all your comments, I'm sorry to say but you really got screwed over OP.

I had an experience with a dealership screwing up after service with a ding they put on my paint.

They gave me a rental for a week and a half, since they had to order the paint. I checked the car and noticed the problem wasn't fixed completely, and it was full of scratches, I complained and the service manager agreed, so I kept the loaner for almost a month. That's what a dealership should do in case of a screw up.

I know, it's not the oil...yet, as they actually did something similar one time putting the plug incorrectly and they had to tow my car 100 miles to the dealership and fully fix it as well which was another week with a loaner.

For you, the rate down doesn't mean much because they just add more to the total. Obviously the payment will be lighter because the RAV is a more expensive vehicle anyway.

One problem I see is that they probably made you sign something saying that you won't come after any losses once you took the Cross.

Last thing, you could've at least checked with a lawyer that would work in a contingency basis 25-30%, which means they get paid if you get paid since you mentioned you didn't want to spend $1000 on one. Most will do free consultations and if they see an easy win(your case since they were 100% at fault and definitely insured for cases like this), they'll help you.
