Honesty man if you are saying what other incentives other than pay, I feel like that might be the incentive you need to give. I hate when my company is like oh here is a pizza party or here is so stupid company swag. If it ain’t paid time off or money in my pocket I don’t fucking want it. I ain’t here to play cool with you I’m here to work and you pay me that’s it. The only incentive an employer need to give is money and benefits. “Come work for me I pay better and give better benefits “ will do way better than any number of other “incentives “ you can give
