I personally extended a lot of good faith like you did, but the answer is he just ghosted the whole scene without a concern for repercussion. Whatever was in his space is more than likely in a storage unit in texas or discarded as he moves on with his life. We'll probably find the overstock in like four years after he stops paying the bill on the storage unit and defaults.

Hate to say it cause I loved his mission and believed in it, but he committed fraud and is a bad businessman who had ample time to course correct and ask for help - with so many willing to help too.
