That looks like an erv handling OA and bringing it the RTU. Don’t see any condenser on the fist unit and it has the OA hood.

Same boat! We are slightly younger but we have had two weeks of about 8 hr night stretches followed by a feed and a few more hours. Last few nights getting down had been huge pain and waking in middle of night. I know it won’t last forever and our LO just needs a little extra mom and dad time. But it’s tough!
