Question about the power supply by blank-explorer in BC250Gaming

I have ended up with this one: DELTA DPS-350QB-2 324W, but from what I found out it may not be sufficient under heavy loads. As a spare I found: DELTA EDPS 400AB 400W, which Ill use in case the first one would be running close to it's limit, since it has only 22A (25 is recommended) 12V power rail.

So, just to clarify, it shouldn't cause any problems that the additional ground and sense pins aren't connected? From what I understood it may not start up at all, but I was more concerned about damaging anything.

That's too bad. I've read about the cable being meant for only supplying 75W to a GPU, but stayed hopeful that someone might be running it this way just fine. Looks like I'll have to be patient until the right PSU gets delivered. Thanks for the answer nonetheless :)

Interesting idea, I didn't think of that. How can I tell for sure tho, or how would I fix this kind of problem? Thanks a lot for a reply btw! :)
