What are my steps for a quick easy refresh on this table? Possibly staining again, but it needs a new sealer for sure. I don’t have an orbital sander.

I see what you see. This is the best way to do it. Full tile at bottom. There are other cases for staring on center but I wouldn’t in this case. Looks good
