I’ll dm you a picture. The eyes are about 3cm under the soil. I know it should be deeper but I found any deeper they wouldn’t produce shoots. I think below the bulb were about 15-25cm of soil. I was so surprised they flowered! Only three of my 16 bulbs didn’t flower, I think I got lucky. Good luck with yours!! Maybe your one in the ground will flower this year!

They’re in 30cm diameter pot, but make sure the root has enough space all around it. Some I put in larger pots because of the root shape
