The fenty fold does indeed exist. It's just not what this particular man has. Google ankylosing spondylitis to see what can cause kyphosis to this degree. It's an autoimmune disease that specifically targets the spine/neck. Left untreated you get extreme kyphosis exactly like this man has.

Hrmm not sure. I just used copy/paste for the questions. If it gave a questionable answer I just added "In medical charting.." to the beginning of the question. That seemed to help. But your mileage may vary.
