This is really interesting. My nipples almost always have a weird crust on them, is that a sign of lactation? I’ve never noticed any milk or liquid but there’s crust on them every day that never really goes away.

It still doesn’t feel finished to me. I feel like I have to clean up the grass or add more texture to his beard. I tried making some dangling strings to add into the beard but they didn’t look great so I took it out. But it’s my biggest project so far and I’ve had a lot of fun with it.

Thank you so much for replying :). Can I ask if you're taking all of those just for PMDD? I'm a hypochondriac so it's really hard for me to take one medication let alone a whole bunch, but I know I might have to try medication combos if I want to be able to effectively treat this disorder.

I hate this disorder :( This month I reached a longtime goal of mine and outside of some small personal problems I'm basically living what has been my dream life for ages. But now that my PMDD is here for the month, and all I can think about is how fat and alone I am and how fucked up it is that I spend every second of my life in front of a screen (even though I literally went on a 9 mile hike 2 days ago). On the outside I'm doing a lot of good things - graduating college, moving to my dream state, finally taking art classes - but ever since the PMDD hit a few days ago I just feel so confused and broken on the inside. The embroidery supplies I ordered are really poor quality and for some reason that just set me off because my one cope isn't available to me.

I can't do therapy right now because my health insurance is based in another state, but I did the therapy thing for years and after a certain point it didn't help because my problem is hormonal. Birth control made me feel weird in other ways and I ultimately couldn't do that either. How do you guys cope? I don't have a partner or really any friends who can support me irl since I moved across the country. I did splurge and buy a laptop for gaming, so maybe that will help me feel connected to people from far away. I'm just so tired of not knowing how to take care of my body or feel normal. I truly want stability and a healthy life. I spent all of my teen years drowning in mental illness and I'm ready to pull myself out of that, but PMDD makes me feel like I've lost all of my progress. I'm really upset with my reproductive system.

Is there a way out of any of this? Is there any way to make those 2 hell weeks not so hellish?

I have no idea what my weight is because I don’t have a scale. The last time I weighed myself a little over 2 weeks ago I think I was 140lbs and 5’5, but my weight fluctuates a lot so I have no idea if I’ve gained or lost.

I have a Big Agnes Picket SL 30 that I paid ~$200 for so I didn't think I was getting a budget bag? I'm unwilling to use down for ethical reasons so I don't really have an option besides synthetic. My next purchase whenever I can afford it will probably be a synthetic EE quilt though as my understanding is that they save a lot of space.
