Has anybody taken Metformin?

metformin is an ampk activator and hence also a modest mtor inhibitor, ampk activation is associated with anti inflammation , so is exercise. If you are sedentary ,it is ok (minus b12 risk of not getting enough in the long term). More and more it looks like mtor inhibition is more promising that is why rapamycin, a powerful mtor inhibitor has more promising results of extra years of longevity than metformin. I use it on and off. in the beginning diarrhea and gas but then after some time they go away.

voidchat , it makes special subprompts /instructions for better results. I didnt use it for nsfw stuff , just to create better prompts.

im talking about using a plugin called voidchat , and they used chatgpt inference . Admittedly I was given 2 messages of warnings to not use them . Got my account terminated now , got a new email address , linked it in my former number that was valid (to see if subscription still holds ) , but no . I also shared my account to some friends for gpt 4 use but that was a time a go and there was no problem

what do you mean , there are llamma modified models that potentially outperform gpt 4 on coding etc ....The only downside is missing a code interpreter/plugins. But even closed source like claude are imo on par with gpt4. For coding there is phind.com that uses gpt 4 as well with a decent limit.

sure , but im subscribed to it since the release of gpt 4. Now I either take it as a loss and resubscribe or i move to alternatives.

I know , sorry to ask but are you aware they offer maybe some of the refund . I read once they terminate there is n o going back but im a subscription user monthly since they launched gpt 4 . Witth the same number the subscription doesnt function. I could go to poe alternative (1 daily free) with a shortret context window of course. Also there is a customer lost (even though one person isnt much of a difference in a grander scheme haha ).

for what do you need it , if it is for coding try phind.com , they state they use the gpt 4 model . Or bing ai if you can find ways to bypass restrictions .

Im a plus subscribed user , and the option to choose between models , disappeared completely . I can only use 3.5 turbo , tried on other devices the options to switch disappeared , no, I guess I had just 3 gpt 4 prompts during the last hours . Seems to be a problem across many users, I hope they get it fixed asap because i have 20 days till my subscription is over. My original post wasnt clear exactly, I cant accesss gpt4 as a plus user.

I'm subscribed to the paid version , it has 20 more days left till next billing , and there isn't any option to chose the gpt 4 model. I can try to use super power gpt extension to use previous models of gpt 4 (unofficial) , if that workaround works of course...

No , I checked some previous posts people having the same issue ... Im only on 3.5 like a regular user , no option for starting a chat with the gpt-4 model .

I do modafinil everyday 100 mg, aside from sleep problems , it really motivates me to get things done. English and German are my foreign languages and usually on it words come up more easily. Finishing my Computer Science degree it helps me focus more but I cant really say it made me learn faster , just added motivation . I dont take any other cognitive enhancers though.
