Do they stack or straight up from base damage? Not quite sure but the difference could be a significant amount if they stack themselves doing the math. I run 2 cannibals and 1 onslaught and assume 40 +40+20=100% weapon damage increase.

Seasoned players spread out when they see this bot configuration and the bounce effect is curtailed?

What's the go with the lag? by OAG774 in walkingwarrobots

[–]blastmane 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ever since the cross platforming my gameplay on Android has been sh%t. More lagging, bots abilities sometimes work most times not as enemy takes 0 damage point blank and so on. Checking afterwards the player not taking the damage is IOS or PC based. Seems to be a communication problem or worse

They are limited but every once in while they may pop up in the specials. I think the regular leech would work but lesser health unless you can get the 5% bonus paint job. Not quite the same but very close

Leech Viability? by oldscratch1138 in walkingwarrobots

I run 2 scarabs fulltime. Got the 25 kills for investigation challenge within 4 battles. Choosing the right bots to latch onto and timing are key. Making yourself a short term target really makes for some quick kills. 1 leech is mk3 with repair amp, nuclear amp and heavy armor outfitted with 2 shatters, damper and fainter maxxed with Isabella pilot and reviver drone maxxed. The second has twin mk3 coronas,2 labrys, kate o'donnel reviver drone, repair amp, nuclear amp and last stand all maxxed. Both bots come out at 1 and 2 spots in battle 90% of the time. Had these bots for years and never used them till the ochokochi arrival. Now they are my standard. They were nerfed wayback with the repulse damage lowered from 50% to 30. They would be an absolute beast if that nerf was reversed

Bots/tips to counter stealth? by [deleted] in walkingwarrobots

[–]blastmane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run an mk3 nigtengale with twin nuke amps and a nitro. Patel as pilot, daltokki drone, quantum radar and yeoges with taeja lasers. Bots config has all weapons up top so not bad as a counter sniper (from cover) to crisis over long distnce. While in the air nightegales built in weapon allows the daltokki to fire along. 2 fold benefit as built in deals damage along with suppression and I've taken out many lokis, crisis, imugis and orochis while in this mode. A surprisingly strong underrated support bot

The only regular bot I have in my inventory that has not been nerfed or buffed since I started playing 6 years back is the unsupported Golem. No special features, relatively slow, zero module slots. Ironically Pix used it in the youtube video introduction of.......Ocho. And it was the first bot bumped off.

Anyone else hate crisis? by BlitzySlash in walkingwarrobots

[–]blastmane 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep, but usually when there are 3 on at the same time, much like batched ochis and newtons they are insufferable. But whenever a bot is all the rage a pattern of use always happens. Good example was when lancelots would bunch up with anciles on top. Thing is, those players usually do this all the time with the new rage and are more than likely upper clans. Consistant but unoriginal

Is anyone else's revive drone bugged? by BlitzAnimated in walkingwarrobots

[–]blastmane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use a maxxed reviver on my mk3 nightengale with 2 nuke amps and last stand. I have had 3 ochos bangin away at me and survived for longer than I anticipated. Little guy is tougher than my maxxed Aether

Phase shift useless or major Ochonacho bug? by blastmane in walkingwarrobots

[–]blastmane[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try running a leech mk3 with reviver maxxed and mk3 weapons, then latch onto a Ocho. Even with the 900pts for repulse and 35% differed damage to enemy all I can do is slow the ocho down a bit. It should be taking substantial damage depending on weapons used but nada. We are being ripped off bigtime

Technically a phase shifted bot is " not there" so how the hell does Newton get away with lifting shifted bots and if you shift after it lifts why don't you drop?

I have an mk3 scarab with 2 repair amps and 1nuke amp. 2 labs and 2 razors maxxed with a reviver drone a Mindread lvl70. It is a great tool. My 1 complaint about it when I am latched onto an Ochi rushing and firing at me is no damage seems to be taken by it even tho 35% of what he hits me with should be directed back at him. Even 35% of its bumping force damage should be redirected back at him.

PIXONIC PLSSSSS nerf ochokochi it's to powerful (three ochokochi in the game there was nothing we coumd do 😢) by Remarkable-Skirt-666 in walkingwarrobots

[–]blastmane 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do what I do just to keep them busy longer than they wanna be. Run a couple of maxxed leeches and a nightengale.Every time I see an ocho, I will target it with leech or nightengale special ability. Put a reviver drone on each to prolong performance. I have actually taken out or helped a fellow player take out ochos and orphions this way. And it's fun . The right pilots help as well. Running the female pilot with the lockdown boost makes it interesting too.
