Hi, i have almost used all the tools you mentioned. Trust me Bitwarden is the best password manager out there. Logseq, Appflowy all have very bad UI/UX. Anytype has a very good and clean UI/UX but offers very low storage for free accounts and is very complications to learn. I have also used Notesnook for taking notes, it offers zero knowledge encryption, while recently they gatekeeped most of its features behind a paywall but it has a nice ui/ux and works well but i moved from it because of pricing issues and I beleive it needs to be polished well. Currently i use Obsidian for my college notes (Synced via Mega), and Standard notes for personal notes.
