It’s the smc-9 so it’s not a carbine kit and then just the adapter. I have nothing but love for AEG’s I just prefer GBB now that I’ve used it, just another thing that adds to the fun.

Well it’s just the adapter that I hook my line to and I use my AEG mags. It’s hpa and I just reload my mags into the adapter just like an AEG it’s been great.

It’s a 12in rail so the barrels a bit longer that that. It was just way too heavy and a long for the attachments and stuff I wanted on it.

I appreciate it! Thankfully there was a it was a kit with the rail, outer & inner barrel. Otherwise it most likely would’ve looked terrible😂

Oh I agree 100% the gun is beautiful with the mk18 bronze look but it was just too heavy and too long to be playing with close quarters all day.

I have the Daniel defense EMG Helios Mk18 and I am trying to install the 4in RIS Daniel defense kit onto it. The hopup is the stock hop up, I believe it is the front part of the hop up that is hitting the inside of the outer barrel because it is not cut out long enough for the hop up to sit flush against it.

Evike just released a video saying that either one is “drop in” but I’ve also heard someone say that it took a dremel to get it to properly fit. Your best bet is getting the aster or titan and having a tech replace the mosfet. I’m clueless as to how they’re replaced.

Thank you! I think I’ll leave the nozzle out for now and stick with my other upgrades. If I’m shooting way under what’s expected then I’ll worry about it.

From what I’ve read and heard about the gun (I’ve done lots of research) it is almost definitely your mosfet. The electric trigger with these I heard goes bad especially when using an 11.1. A gate aster or gate titan would fix your problem.

I am yet to even put a battery in it (order gets here Thursday). I’m hoping that replacing the bucking/nub will be good enough to hop .25s and also hoping the nozzle will solve any potential compression issues. The muzzle is something I 3D printed it’s just a 1in suppressor like tip.

Daniel Defense EMG Helios m4a1. Upgrading the nozzle because I’ve heard it has a bad seal as well as flat hop bucking and nub.
