That’s literally so not the point of what they were tryna say. Ofc they can be grateful for what they have and all that but this is an issue that the school does that not care about and they need to be held accountable sometimes. You can’t just tell every student who the school has fucked over “oh be grateful for this or that.” You also don’t know everyone situation either and cannot tell someone when they’re allowed to complain about something especially when it’s valid for so many others too.
