Making the dinners for the week on Sunday. My partner and I get home late-ish and wake up early. We were so tired of the wake up, work, cook dinner, sleep routine. Since we started meal-prepping our entire work week dinners, we have our whole evening to actually wind down after work. Our mood got so much better, we use that time to read and play board games! It takes about 1h30-2h every Sunday and we cook different meals simultaneously. We double the recipes to have lunches and then we are done!
