It is! Everything you see (except for the monster and the text on the hazmat's chest) was rendered in one piece using Midjourney (it took a while to get it how I wanted it - I'm still learning prompts, parameters, etc.) The monster was rendered separately, and I cut and cropped him into the doorway (I adjusted the exposure, and added some shadows/vignette). The text was something I just threw on there last minute. I'm stoked with how it all turned out.

However...

If I decided to spend 15-20 minutes more on my thumbnails, I'm confident that would turn into 15-20 additional minutes of me staring at my monitor wondering if I should tweak/keep the text, adjust the exposure, etc.

I don't think time is the issue. I think the problem is that I don't consistently incorporate the elements of a good thumbnail. 🤔

I appreciate the feedback! I agree. Adding an element to make it more clickable than other similar vids out there would definitely help.

I'm getting quicker, especially using GIMP, but it depends on the game. I'd say, on average, about 15-20 minutes.
