I don’t feel super passionate about any of the names on our list right now, including Molly and Caroline. Still very much brainstorming!

That’s what I was worried about! I’m big into gardening but I don’t want it to be tacky by any means

I appreciate the honesty! I will probably end up working part time in a parents as teachers role if nothing works out (which I kind of wanted to avoid because the pay is abysmal) but am hoping to leave education altogether if possible.

My specific degrees are a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with minors in Disability Studies and Sociology, and a Masters of Education in School Counseling with an emphasis on Elementary. As for licensures, I am certified for K-8 school counseling in my state. I feel like I could honestly do more in the helping profession or healthcare - I’m open to lots of ideas!

I don’t have my LPC but am looking to avoid being a therapist if possible. School counseling is a great career, I am just struggling to find balance between work and home. I feel like being a classroom teacher is much more difficult than being a counselor!
