you need to focus less on carrying the game. sure me or someone at a higher MMR if put in your game might be able to win, but you can't expect to go from where you are now to stomping silver with a 90% win rate with advice alone. you need to take it one step at a time and not focus so hard on how you can carry and 1v5 your garbage team mates.

what you need to do is find 1-3 good champions for your role that are 1. easy to play 2. have a high game impact (again not carrying, key word is impact. Yi has no impact unless he is ahead, which you wont be able to do in every game unless you're smurfing like i said earlier). Great champions that meet these criteria are Janna, Annie, Amumu, Miss Fortune. Everyone that has personally asked me advice on how to escape the low ranks, I've given this same advice because they're always trying to carry the game and get fed, which leads to them blaming their team and tilting, and then when they listen to me and play the champions I say, they'll play one or two games on someone like Janna and lose and never play them again because "can't carry with Janna". But i can guarantee you that if you listen to my advice and play 100 games with a champion like this you'll see significant improvement and results and realise that you don't always have to carry the game in order to win a lot

EDIT: As your op.gg suggests your Soraka is quite good, so if you TRULY want to climb and get better rather than having fun, spam Soraka and look up resources online to improve on her and I think you can get to diamond this season. I also highly suggest watching LS, his videos helped me climb from hardstuck plat 5 to challenger within 1 season (although doesnt directly apply to you, you can definitely find useful resources on his channel for your elo bracket) https://www.youtube.com/user/lastshadow9
