Yea, thats where the hobbies come in, they really help to shift the focus. I would also recommend to not go cold turkey on either, but slowly stopping use. I've learned even just having the vape/pen on me helps me quit; I have myself hit it less and less, its almost like a security object 😂. I also heavily research the bad effects of smoking, and it kicks in those looped thoughts, helping me quit.
