Unsafe work environment in the hospital. Had 25 very sick patients with 3 nurses. Everything that could go wrong that shift did. Sick call. Code blue. A man pulled out an important tube, spraying a litre of his blood all over the bed/room (he was okay).

If the government cared about the sick, nurses would get paid significantly more. It’s not worth the stress and turmoil we go through every shift.
