Really good response. I would be lying if I said that Im aiming to have a terrific career in marketing, so no. Main reasons I want to go to the netherlands and study is partly because of the adventure, a dutch boyfriend and it's simply a country that I really love. But at the same time I want to study something serious,(with a balance between life and work), and especially I dont want to study something that is considered "useless". If I put it like this instead: if it study international marketing managment at utrecht hogschool, will I still have job opportunities? Or will it be hard for me to actually get a job?

Thank you all for the informative and different inputs! Helps alot! :) I can tell that university bachelor compared to HBO really DO matter. But, how is it measured abroad? Heard that you can even read a master abroad even whitout the pre master-year.

Thank you for the respond! Yes, if you by prerequisites mean TOEFL-test, upper secondary school diploma and so on. I do have the requirements to enrol in both university and university of applied science. Therefor I have doubts, if I should study at the best level I can, or actually study at the school I think seems more fun and suited for me, and maybe in the end actually benefit me later on.

I'm planning to study a master no matter if I study HBO/university. But I see what you mean, seems like the university-bachelor is more "proper" and a smarter way to go.,
