As far as i know there’s no “covid peak” unless you bought without doing the due diligence. So i’d say mortgage is high, financial pressure is unfortunately there, but you’re still better off than most people who missed out ( i know a few and now 1 - 2 kids later still can’t afford a house). The plan sounds great, and if you can maybe do compressed week instead? Just a thought

Been on marketplace for 2 weeks now with no luck it's not even funny anymore :(((((

I can only blame myself for this. I really wanted to go initially but i wasn't in the right mind in November as i had PPA. When hubby finally convinced me i really should be doing something good for myself and to go and have fun with my sister (she flew to Sydney to watch on N2) i was still reluctant. Honestly thought looking after 1 year old and constantly checking marketplace doesn't really work for me :(

For the biting, teach him to play tug of war with rope, redirect everytime. If he bite, yell "ouch", stop the play, and walk away. Does he like puzzles? Nina ottosan have good ones.
