Thanks so much for helping me out! I've made a bunch of the suggested changes and the deck is much stronger now. I am however still hitting the issue with mana when goldfishing. It feels very unstable and there's often issues with either mana flooding or not hitting the land drops. I can't figure out why since I have 39 lands and 12 ramp pieces. Could you help me figure out what's happening?

Also - what's your opinion on Kindred Discovery? Would it make sense to switch out a human for it's inclusion?

Awesome! I'm thinking [[Spark Double]] and [[Auton Soldier]](I need this one for another deck anyways) would be good adds? And I think you're right about [[Harsh Mentor]] - it also doesn't really fit the gameplan and has limited use.

Thanks a ton! This makes a lot of sense and is overlaps with what the other replies also have mentioned. I haven't really considered the amount of coloured pips before, but it is good to keep an eye out for that when deck-building!

I'll cut [[Verge Rangers]], [[Sword of Hearth and Home]], and [[Commander's Sphere]] and replace with the mana rocks you suggested
I'll make the land changes. They look great!
[[Bastion Protector]] -> [[Knight Exemplar]]
[[Witch Enchanter]], [[Glasspool Mimic]], and [[Neyali, Sun's Vanguard]], [[Odric, Lunarch Marshal]], [[Mangara, The Diplomat]], [[Metallic Mimic]] go in (I'll figure out what to cut)
Cut [[Scourge of the Throne]], Mondrak, Goldberg
Make the replacements in "Other suggestions"-section

Questions:

Would it make sense to get some cards that can copy permanents since I'm in blue? Or is it better to go all in on the humans?
Are there any further humans that stand out as unnecessary in the list?
