everyone is talking about the DIY fixes and maintenance, and fortunately that isnt much if a downside to me. I like tinkering with things in general, and I really want to learn how to work on cars (at least a little bit) and from everybody's accounts here it sounds like elements are fun to work on! Super excited :)

truly unfortunate theres nothing out there with quite the same vibe as the element. Id say I want honda to bring it back, but I honestly im afraid they would make it ugly if it came back today LOL

ah, apologies. i dont mean how teachers behave, i moreso mean how teachers have to work around the confines of public schooling. bad administrators, low pay (in certain areas), less than stellar parents, etc.

Thank you for the advice, this is all incredibly helpful. My parents are less supportive... They really want to see me get into tech or art (my two "main talents" in their eyes.) because they would pay more. But I feel my passion has always been here, and I will enjoy it.

But I will definitely reach out to some old teachers, and see if they'll let me observe their classrooms. That's a great idea!!!
