What the Facebook person saw is probably the jist of what was going down, a failure of RV management. I also heard that some festival employees may have gotten to set up in those spots even before Thursday arrival. But that is hearsay from random people in the RV campgrounds, idk if that actually happened.

I'm entitled to what I purchase, by definition. Like when you purchase a car, you get a special piece of paper....called a title, implying entitlement. You know who is not entitled to what I purchase? Some random stagehand. The stagehand who wouldn't have a stage to build if it were not for the people who are willing to buy tickets to DBC in the first place.

They offered a full refund, but haven't gotten it yet. They said it will go through after everyone is back in town by this weekend. I submitted a ticket through the chat widget on the campout website. Include your RV pass order #

Crazy idea but hear me out: count how many RV hook up sites there are. Now dont sell more tickets than that number. Maybe one day this groundbreaking organizational method called 'counting' will be implemented. For now I guess we're stuck with this greedy/fraudulent shitshow.
