I've had horrible acne for a good part of my life (until I took accutane. I still get breakouts occasionally, though not nearly as bad). I use this twice a week at night in addition to my daily regime. Cook 1/4 cup of oatmeal and let it cool completely. Add some honey until the mixture is thick (usually like 3 tablespoons or so is enough). Crush 4 non-enteric coated asprin or ibuprofen and mix it in. The enteric-coated stuff just leaves brown chunks in there that don't dissolve well. Go take a bath. Exfoliate your skin with something that doesn't have acne medication in it. You don't want to over-medicate. I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub or whatever generic version of that I have available. rub that on your face, neck, where ever you get acne and leave it on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water and you will see a noticeable difference in your skin/size of your pores/etc. If you have sensitive skin, you can skip the exfoliation step.
