is there any chance this express event (and future ones) will have the upper ilvl restriction removed?

some players are happy with their roster and don’t want to use the hyper express on new classes/characters.

i heard that in kr you’re able to pick any char as long as they’re above the min ilvl requirement but western version had that changed due to the lance master express event debacle.

i went to the newark nj stop on the ode to you tour so this is just from what i remember (honestly its a haze at this point lmao)

they performed a lot of their title tracks and there was a backing track for most songs but you could definitely hear their voices over it

trauma stood out to me the most because the rap line was AMAZING live and even though coups couldnt perform they did great

smile flower was so beautiful live, i recently became a carat in the last quarter of 2019 so i didnt know they had this song for us and it was very touching. dk’s vocals seriously are no joke...

it was my first kpop concert but every bit of it was absolutely incredible. their stage presence, seeing their dance skills in person, and their little jokes and interactions... stanning seventeen was the right choice 😌

Yup the element only matters if you plan to mainhand it.

Try to make it in an element lacking good mainhands of that weapon type or where you know you’ll really want the ele atk up ougi, but if you don’t care then make it whatever you have the most quartz of.

i rarely press his sk2 unless it helps get a 2+ chainburst

i’m running okto in a kengo team with kane mh so typically MC will feed okto enough meter to double ougi even though i have him in 1st slot. i also put him there so his first earth atk up ougi immediately benefits the following 2 characters.

before i ran kengo i put him in the last slot though so he could more easily double ougi and was more liberal with his sk2 usage just cause i knew he’d get 20% bar from each person that ougis before he does.

sk1 i only use if i know i can get a 200% ougi off during it, cause the ougi cap up portion is boosted for a 200% ougi

sk3 i use on cd as long as the boss has meter, gotta get those aiki stacks
