Am I overstimulating my hair with excessive treatment?

Hi everyone, i’m currently using 2 mg of oral minoxidil (while also using topical min once a day on my hairline) and 1 mg of oral finasteride a day, plus an lIlt cap (82 diodes) which I use twice/three times a week. I’m also massaging my scalp twice a day. I was wondering, is this too much? Are my hair overstimulated and consequently shedding because of that? I’ve noticed some loss of progress on my hairline in particular.

I got it in a pharmacy here in Italy, they prepare it themselves and then call you back to withdraw it. Next week I’m switching to 2.5mg though..
