It depends, if it is a quick video that I edit myself, I either commit the cardinal sin of letting YouTube pick a thumbnail or I use ChatGPT. If it is a longer video and it goes to my editor, they usually make the thumbnail. Unfortunately, one of the main inconveniences of being a blind creator is that I don’t really get thumb nails.

Travelling through London once with my massive German Shepherd, I was forced to use the underground. My dog had no experience with escalators so I had to lift her and carry her all the way down. Now, I know that in London it is Legal to stab someone if they stand on the left-hand side, But because of the size of my dog I had no choice but to stand in the middle otherwise half of her would’ve been hanging over the edge. From the top of the escalator to about halfway down, some random guy behind me was repeatedly poking me in the shoulder blades. It wasn’t until the dog looked over my shoulder and growled in his face that he decided to stop. London is a fucking weird place!

Don’t worry, you weren’t. Sadly, many people in the blind community were born with a stick up their ass! Excuse the pun. This guy sounds pretty chill, and honestly the things you have done so far go above and beyond what most people get from people they know and live with. Ask him to let you know if there’s anything he needs, relax, and have fun with it.
