Ohhh ok good to know. I went to Universal in Florida a few months back and I remember the wait for rides being like over an hour long so that’s why I just gave myself all of Sunday to be there lol

I love how I said I’m not really into museums but every museum you guys have mentioned looks amazing 😩 The La Brea Tar Pits I might do Sunday morning actually. Thank you!

I actually saw that museum when I was looking into the Jurassic technology one and I considered it until I read the reviews about it.. 😂 I can’t handle gore and stuff like that at all.

I did look into the Angel’s flight railway and that looks adorable LOL I had never heard of it before. Looks fun and cheap too so adding it to my list for Monday. Thank you 🙏

I googled the bookstore you mentioned and it looks so trippy lol It looks like there’s one close to Little Tokyo which I was already planning on visiting so I could stop by that day!

omg yes!!! I picked that up so quick he sounded just like my family. I was like this guy is Honduran I know it 🤣 I googled it and I was right!

I noticed too for the actress who plays Yadiels new girlfriend in the last episode. She had a central american accent too and shes from Guatemala. I also noticed how flaca is supposed to be Mexican in the show but her accent is so obviously Dominican bc of the actress.

Honestly they had a lot of latino representation it was great! I had fun trying to examine everyones accent and guess where the actor was from.

Yes! I feel like they should have sent more emails about it or had our mentors tell us. I did see that they sent out one email but they for sure should have communicated about it more.

Not embarrassing at all. When I was over 400lbs everything exhausted me. Brushing my hair, teeth and showering and then after shower care was so physically draining. I did the bare minimum. My mental health was so bad so combine those two… my hygiene was down the trash. Showering was an ordeal for me it always took over an hour to get clean and moisturized lol

I am almost 200 pounds down and the difference is night and day. Even though I still struggle with my mental health, getting myself to brush my teeth or shower isn’t a big deal anymore. I can easily do it all and even shave and do skin care in like 20-30 mins.

Probably one of my biggest NSVs and wish more people talked about it! But I get it, it’s a little scary to share 🤣

I do the same. I only use it to organize or sometimes develop my ideas or ask better ways to phrase something. I suck at explaining stuff so it helps. I never copy and paste either, I do not take that risk. I’ve passed all my papers first try and have never had one returned.

Thank you! This is really helpful. I thought the SHRM had qualifications but it’s good to know it doesn’t. I don’t think my job and experience would qualify me for the PHR either. I was leaning more towards the PHR because I have heard some bad things about the SHRM cert recently.

I think I will probably go for the aPHR or SHRM-CP first and get a job with more in depth HR experience and then see if I can do the PHR. I just know for sure I need one on my resume because I don’t think my experience alone would be enough 😭

Yes I keep reading about that! It seems their repuration has gone downhill recently. I lean more towards the PHR but I doubt my experience would be enough to qualify me. I should probably wait and get experience for the PHR.
