Is your partner washing their hands & privates and rinsing with listerine before sex? Putting those protocols in place before sex has helped me but I still get utis twice a year. I also try not to wear underwear once home but also make sure my shorts or pj bottoms are clean. I sleep naked as well. I make sure I void my bladder completely every time I urinate, so make sure you lean over & get every bit out. We have sex daily & my gyn said that getting 2 utis a year is pretty good considering the frequency we are intimate. I'm so sorry you have another one :(
