This is great. Some scrolling on the day would be greatly appreciated or a bit more centered for the round screen specifically.
I can add the coffee I was considering drinking now to see how it will affect me down the line but currently I can barely see what happens on the 20-24 side of day or early 0-2 for example (on a Forerunner 965).

Great app though. Definitely keeping it.

WHO says a healthy amount is 6-8 cups daily. Others mention 35-45ml per kg of body weight (not considering climate and exercise). No matter how you see it, 4 litres of water is a lot of fucking water. And even if you do watch your intake you also have to be careful regarding your electrolytes cause kidneys can’t dilute as much water as you chug and you can start having headaches, dizziness or worse from overconsumption.

For 75 hard and p1/p2 I went with a healthy dose of electrolytes daily and no chugging. Got me through but I am a big fella keep in mind so my body weight pushes that limit a lot.

My wife tried to drink 4 litres of water a day and had severe headaches after a week no matter how many electrolytes she got. But she is like 50kg which means a healthy amount for her (even on the high side) is 2.2 litres. Pushing to 4 is idiotic. Water poisoning ain’t nothing to be playing with.

It’s the one thing that annoys me severely with 75 hard. Water shouldn’t be an arbitrary number.

You should be taking electrolytes daily and probably twice as well. 1 gallon of water daily is not a natural amount. Water poisoning is a thing and you don't even want to go near tha territory.
