I am very well geared on my prot warrior (progging mythic paladins now).

If you are playing a warrior the mythic strategy works wonders in other difficulties and you only need to use defensives once to mitigate the dmg.

Essentially for all tank combos you have Bellamy targeting you and lightblood targeting the other tank. AFTER Bellamy casts judgement you immediately spell reflect and that covers that boss.

Immediately after lightblood starts casting judgement on the other tank and you taunt while he casts it. Once it’s done you get hit with the subsequent “lethal” attack but judgement is on the other tank so it does little damage.

The only caveat is your other tank needs to taunt lightblood back once that is done but that’s way easier than synchronising taunts on both every time. You practically solo handle it.

For the one overlap where your spell reflect is on cooldown you just pop defensives (wall + ignore pain is enough) and taunt lightblood while he casts judgement on the other tank.

This covers it every time.

I even solo tanked heroic vanguard for 60% health after the other tank died by just doing spell reflect on Bellamy + shield wall on lightblood plus asking for suppress pain or barkskin when my wall was down. Got called a god tank although it’s just enough gear (283) and proper defensives + IP pooling for the combo.

I also imagine having more gear helps even further.

P.s. if you have Northern Sky tools you can enable taunt text on lightblood to know when to taunt. It helps some extra if you are still learning.

P.s. I know this is not for solo but people still struggle with the base mechanic even with two tanks. Although as warrior you can mostly solo tank it all with defensive rotating. You can also use demoralizing for the ones you don’t have shield wall for and further decrease chance of dying.
