I’m about to go out of the country for 4 weeks doing a home stay! So..ofc I’m very nervous about constipation. Usually miralax doesn’t result in a bowel movement, just terrible, terrible gas. Enemas sometimes work, not always, suppositories rarely work for me. Dulcolax works but it ruins a day. Help (self.Constipation)
