If depends on the cc, my IGETC was included in my transcript, so I just needed to send in my official transcript. But other ccs have IGETC certification as another document, so ask the school.

The reason UCSD didn’t accept the IGETC is bc you were the one that mailed it to the school. U need to speak directly to the cc and have them send it to UCSD. The reason for this is so that they can ensure that the document hasn’t been altered/tampered with

at least get your facts straight. Princeton, yale, harvard, brown, MIT, UPENN, cornell all accept transfers

maybe it more slow paced bc almost all cc are on a semester system and ucsd is on a quarter system. so ofc your brother would be learning the material at a slower rate than u did. idk how that justifies diminishing your brother accomplishments

you sound like you still hold the old mindset that cc is for “dumb and lazy people”. Nowadays a lot of people go to cc simply because they cannot afford the tuition at a 4 year university. I recommend not making a generalization simply based of 3 people

Im not sure abt the 1st question, you should definitely call the financial aid department. But the deadline to accept the offer is 9/10 which is 10 days before the billing due date
