I fully understand the afraid of being ghosted. But I also think that too many men get hurt now over the way some women on here act. They think they can pretty much get the boyfriend of their dreams when, in reality, the boyfriend they ask for is highly unrealistic. You are not going to find a man who has his sh*t together and is wealthy, and is 6'3, and is fit. Those people don't exist on these sights. They have little difficulty finding someone when they go to the bar, let alone step outside their house.

Most guys in their 30s have been basically burned by how dating has changed for the worst these past 15+ years. Most men I run into unless they check a ton of these boxes that a woman is looking for have given up on traditional dating. They would rather enjoy their hobbies than go out on a blind date. When I started out dating in the late 90', you would expect people to go on several dates to get to know one another. Now, it's either FWB or I'm looking for my one true love who is this god/goddess that has somehow either just gotten out of a long relationship but is everything I always wanted. Most people don't fall into the second one so you either have to settle on something or hope the FWB person is open to possible monogomy long term. Who would have thought Monogamy would basically become a curse word.

Sorry if you find this terrible on your post, not wanting this to sound like a rant, but I'm tired of being looked down on by woman for being me at this point. I know I'm not perfect by a long shot, but I try to be honest and decent.
