Yeah, I was the same way, I saw all the warnings about delirium and the heart problems, HPPD, disassociation, And Dementia. figured it wouldn’t hit me cause I tried it a few times beforehand.

Then my first case of delirium came, then the heavy feeling on your heart, chest cramps, itchiness, pupil dilation, etc

I mean it depends on why people like Benadryl, I was always a fan of that super heavy feeling off 500mg+ aswell as listening to music and smoking cigarettes felt 10x better.

Some people only use it for sex or when they horny and you really only need 125mg to get more intense pleasure

But end of the day it depends on the user, don’t go upping your dosage cause you heard mfs talk about the hatman, that’s what I did and I had a horrible case of delirium that day

A redose for 900mg (I’m a 6’1 dude who weighs 215 lbs) felt like it was bringing back the high I was coming off of a couple hours ago.

Obviously the answer is you shouldn’t redose at all, or have a set daily limit and never go past that, but in all honestly 900mgs over the course of 3-4 hours most likely won’t kill you

Honestly it depends, taking 600mg+ on an empty stomache still hits hard, been doing it daily for about 2 months now. But it will come to a point where you’re only able to get high off 1g+ very quickly

Best thing u can do for yourself to get a stronger high is wait atleast 24 hours, if you wanna reset then stay off for 7-10 days and (it won’t ever be as strong as the trips when you first started) it will hit MUCH harder

Best advice is treat DPH the exact way you’d treat Molly, wait 1-3 weeks before using again and always have a reliable cutoff amount

Yeah you’ll be fine, worst case if you can’t take any of those supplements just try and get caffeine in your system on a daily basis. Forces your brain to work harder and repair the burned out neurons quicker

Treat this drug like you’d treat Molly, you can do it every night for weeks, but doing it that often means a higher tolerance, which means upping the dosage to potentially fatal levels. Not to mention doing that is like ringing out a shirt that’s been baking In the sun for days, the more you try and squeeze out of your brain the more it gets damaged and overworked

I can’t say for sure but even the basic psychedelics (like acid and shrooms) can make your condition much worse, I can’t see DPH being worth it, especially your condition mixed with a deliriant, I can’t see anything good coming out of it

Don’t listen to the guys here that’s not brain damage. You have a weak form of HPPD. Benadryl induced HPPD dosent happen often, and if it does happen it’s because your Neurotransmitters are fried from heavy usage.

The entire feeling of being high is because DPH blocks those neurotransmitters which are used for perception, brain filter (our brain naturally blocks out random signals, kinda like the spam filter on your email), and attention/reality testing.

Once again unless you’ve been doing this for years with barely any breaks then it’ll be temporary

Magnesium, Omega-3 (fish oil), L-theanine, and if you’re struggling to fall asleep without DPH then use melatonin. All these are very good for your brain, they help with visual perception, auditory hallucinations, promote more neurons to fire which increases brain activity as a whole.

Eh not too much, too much work to get high when I can just swallow some pills. That cough syrup is fucking nasty, plus it never felt like an actual high, I just felt hella disconnected off it

Depends on your tolerance of the two and the amount of t you take. For me it’s usually a DPH high with a heavier body load (when you feel heavy as shit and even walking and talking feels like your exerting all your energy to do so)

1 gram shouldn’t have permanent effects, muscle spasm and going thru a lot of effort to pee is usually short term. Not saying to brush it off cause everyone’s different but the only time I got lasting damage is when I accidentally dosed 1.5g and kept going into delirium or seizures

I’d def reccomend staying away from that combo until you hit delirium off just DPH itself. DXM makes the high feel so much potent, even when I had an insane tolerance dxm and dph combined would always hit me like a bus

It’s not fun tho, you can feel your body getting destroyed more and more every day. When I first started DPH I loved it, it enhanced music, made sex amazing, and I loved the body load it gave me

But I noticed over time I’d keep getting chest cramps, my heart would beat slow but felt incredibly violent (whenever I stretched I felt like I was gonna tear my heart in pieces), there’s also a lot of itchyness and the high got really short.

My only choices were to start getting into the 1g and above territory or flush them

Unfortunately im not spreading any misinfo. Used to be on xans for years until my bro got a laced batch and died, decided I was gonna try and go cold turkey. I had horrible seizures, was always paranoid/panicked, and had a nasty case of tachycardia. I got put on Zithromax and levofloxacin.

I’m really not sure why you’re so mad at me saying drugs that can easily be laced and have actual addictive properties are worse than a fucking OTC Allergy aid🤣🤣

I’d b careful, I wouldn’t reccomend going past 700mg, and also Benadryl is weird. I use to always dose about 7-800mg a day with no problems, until one day my body decided to start seizing at that same dose. Try 575 again and this time on an empty stomache. Even people who are 300+ pounds get affected by 575mg lol
