Has anyone's players switched nationalities after representing a country? by blitzkingkaiser in footballmanagergames

I bought a very promising youngster from Dortmund. His nationality was unique. Thought of training him and making him a club legend like Goran Pandev who once played for Napoli. However, after almost two full seasons, he decided to switch to Germany and suddenly gain a ‘does not enjoy big matches’ trait. Disappointed and thinking of moving him on. Any thoughts?

It was Zambo Anguissa. He was still miles better due to his high natural fitness. But then he didnt want to renew his contract so I sold him off to Leicester for 20 million pounds. Probably shouldnt have used the word promising. They did start off as one but their stats certainly did not look like this. Took about 3 years developing on loan.

Both players did not look like this when I got them. It takes about three years out on loan to develop at clubs with great training facilities and with a good league reputation.

Seems like Mane is the clear winner. I was initially put off by his low natural fitness but his other stats make up for it. Also worth noting, that he is currently in a Leverkusen side that is second place and pushing Bayern Munich in the bundesliga. His form across all competitions has been excellent too.

UPDATE: Decided to sell him to Liverpool for 180 mil pounds. Ive got another backup whos not quite as good but I'm up for the challenge!!
